The first bag of cookies went fast so I've ordered another bag. As long as they are available I will be ordering.

None of the spices are used with a heavier hand than others and I find the mixture used here really well balanced. The soft and airily textured centre is offset by a lightly crisp icing sugar glaze.

The only changes I made were: 1 instead of boiling the honey and molasses, I just warmed them up in the microwave which made the dough stiffer and less sticky ; and 2 I used a simpler glaze by just whisking together a little powdered sugar with some milk no cooking necessary.
